Family Dispute Resolution Services, LLC is committed to providing parenting services to families at all income levels. Subject to approval prior to appointment, services by Pamela Green as a court-appointed Parenting Consultant, Parenting Time Expeditor, or Parenting Special Master will be calculated according to the following sliding fee schedule:

Party's Gross IncomeHourly Rate
$0 - $25,000 per year$25.00 per hour
$25,001 - $50,000 per year$50.00 per hour
$50,001 - $75,000 per year$75.00 per hour
$75,001 - $100,000 per year$100.00 per hour
Over $100,001 per year$125.00 per hour

The hourly rates applicable to each party’s gross income will be combined to determine Ms. Green’s hourly rate for the case. For example, if Party A has gross income of $24,000 per year and Party B has gross income of $80,000 per year, the combined hourly rate will be $125 per hour ($25 and $100). Unless otherwise allocated in the Order, each party is responsible for payment of one-half the hourly fee for all services provided.

Incomes must appear in a current Court Order. Family Dispute Resolution Services is not responsible for calculating one or both parties’ incomes. In the absence of income or other financial information in the Order, Ms. Green’s regular rate of $250 per hour will apply.

Each party is required to pay a deposit equivalent to 5 hours of time at the combined hourly rate. Each party will be asked to replenish the deposit when the balance in the account falls below the equivalent of two hours of time. Each party is expected to pay for in-person meetings at the conclusion of the session, and within 30 days of any bills with an outstanding balance owed. Services may be suspended if payments are not made as required.

Ms. Green reserves the right to apportion costs to only one party if she believes that party has acted in bad faith in the parenting services process, or if she believes that a party is using the parenting services primarily to increase costs to the other party.

Services will not begin until an appointment order has been provided to Ms. Green, each party has signed a separate fee agreement, and each party has paid the required deposit.
