Pamela Green practiced divorce and family law for 36 years before moving fulltime into Alternative Dispute Resolution, parenting neutral services and life coaching. Pam represented hundreds of clients ranging from corporate executives and physicians to stay at home parents. She has had dozens of trials in multiple jurisdictions, including high asset marital estates and high conflict custody cases. Pam has always viewed litigation as a last resort, however, and is a long-time proponent of mediation and other alternative dispute resolution processes as the best way for divorcing and separating couples to resolve whatever issues they may have.
Pam also understands the psychological upheaval that uncoupling creates for many individuals. She has received over 120 hours of life coach training to assist those for whom the uncoupling process has proved overwhelming.
Pam was admitted as a Fellow to the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, both of which have stringent admission criteria requiring the highest level of knowledge and competence in the area of family law. She is active in the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, Minnesota Chapter, and is a past chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Family Law Section. For over 35 years she provided volunteer legal services at Chrysalis (now part of Tubman Family Services).
Pam meets the requirements for Rule 114 qualified neutrals and is trained as a Social Early Neutral Evaluator and a Financial Early Neutral Evaluator. She has received specialized training as a Parenting Consultant and Parenting Time Expeditor in addition to her training as a life coach.
